Each participant maps how the organisation works using the Castle Method. The team compares its views, makes different expectations visible and discusses what helps or slows the work. We facilitate the conversation and bring business experience, questions and practical suggestions.

The workshop helps the team agree two or three priorities, named owners, next actions and review dates. We agree the reporting scope with you and capture the key decisions. Further workshops and individual coaching can support what comes next. Coaching is also available separately.

Founder Suhail Ghaus was born and raised in Denmark and has experience in leadership, operations, marketing and business advisory work. His background includes a BA in Business Administration from Niels Brock and four years of Gestalt therapy education and coaching education at Nordisk Gestalt Institute. He is the author of Between Two Worlds and a guest lecturer in psychology at NEXT in Denmark.

Where do you deliver?
We offer in person workshops in Dubai and across the UAE, with dates and arrangements agreed for each organisation.
Who provides the venue?
You can provide a suitable venue. Alternatively, we can agree arrangements for a rented venue together.
Can you support Arabic speaking participants?
Facilitation is in English. Arabic language support can be arranged according to the team’s needs and availability. We agree the support and any additional facilitator before delivery.
How long does the work take?
A full day workshop can be the starting point. We agree the scope around your team and goal. Reporting, further workshops and coaching are discussed according to what you need, without a fixed programme length.
Will our information stay private?
We agree confidentiality and reporting boundaries before starting. Client examples are shared only within the permissions given. Confidential client names and identifying details are not published.
