for team alignment.

GestaltPower strengthens teams by putting their knowledge, experience and resources to work together. We understand the challenges, ask the questions that matter and connect collaboration to the organisation’s goal.

GestaltPower helps leadership teams see how their organisation works, align their people and turn agreed priorities into action.

The principles behind the work

Notice. Be present. Stay in dialogue.

Awareness

Notice patterns, assumptions and the impact of how the team works, not just what it intends.

Presence

Pay attention to the conversation happening now, with curiosity about the people and the context.

Dialogue

Explore differences openly and respectfully, without assuming that agreement means sameness.

Why different perspectives matter

Difference is where the work begins.

Different expectations

Teams that span countries, functions or cultures carry different assumptions about authority, feedback and what a good decision looks like. Making those differences easy to discuss is where alignment starts.

The whole picture

Each person sees part of how the organisation works. A shared picture connects those views so the team can act on what they see together.

Practical action

Understanding becomes useful when it turns into agreed priorities, named owners and next steps the team is willing to take.

Designed for owner managed and family owned organisations with mixed workforces, and teams integrating after an acquisition. Multicultural teamwork is one capability we offer, not the only audience we serve. Delivery location, language needs and format are discussed each time we work together.
